Last week, Gorilla Doctors welcomed Ms. Donna M. Platt as its new Development Officer.
Donna is based in Texas, and has worked in fundraising and advancement for more than 20 years. She has a broad background in all facets of development, with a history of success at the Houston Zoo, Houston PBS and Pacifica Radio, Rice University and most recently with The Nature Conservancy. As a Certified Fundraising Executive with management experience in non-profit organizations, Donna is poised to make rapid and substantial impact on Gorilla Doctors’ fundraising efforts. Donna is a positive and energetic person, with an understanding of details and data. She is deeply committed to results-based fundraising strategy,  planning and implementation, metrics tracking and adaptive management.

Donna truly enjoys connecting people’s passions to the missions of impactful organizations like ours.
